Cordeau Marshall Group History

CENTURY 21 Cordeau Marshall is celebrating 30 years of real estate service to Ku-ring-gai. In almost 30 years it has built up to be the number one real estate franchise in the area and the largest franchise within CENTURY 21 Australia.

Yet it all began as humble beginnings in 1983, when the Business was known as the boutique real estate agency, Cordeau & Company, located on the Pacific Highway in Gordon. Craig Marshall was an employee. However, being the ambitious entrepreneur he is renown for, Craig bought the Business in 1987 and in 1990 he renamed it to Cordeau Marshall.

Keen to have an international backing, Craig bought into the CENTURY 21 franchise, the largest real estate residential franchise in the world, and in 1992 renamed the Business to CENTURY 21 Cordeau Marshall. This gave the Company a larger presence and world class systems. He created a Business that has an international flavour with local knowledge.

Since 1997, CENTURY 21 Cordeau Marshall has been in the top ten CENTURY 21 agencies in Australia. It has grown to eight offices in Gordon, Lindfield, St Ives,Turramurra, Roseville, Pymble, Double Bay and Rozelle and employs over 60 staff.

In 2007 and 2008 it won the North Shore Times True Business Awards and was voted the No 1. agency on Sydney’s North Shore; a true achievement for a world class agency.
