2011 Australia Day Celebrations

On 26 January 2011, over 6000 people braved the soaring heat and packed into Bicentennial Park at West Pymble for an evening of funfilled Australia Day entertainment.

CENTURY 21 Cordeau Marshall GROUP, for the 6th year running, were an event partner sponsoring the evening celebrations and providing a range of children's activities in the CENTURY 21 Kid's Area.

Face painting, balloons and Australian Flag temporary tattoos kept the volunteer staff busy all afternoon and evening.

Craig Marshall, principal, says of the event, "I am an extremely proud Australian and recognise the importance of celebrating our national day in a safe, stimulating and and family friendly environment with the local community."

Gold coin donations collected on the day were donated to the Trish Multiple Scleoris Foundation.

This annual sponsorship of one of the largest community celebrations on the Ku-ring-gai Council's calendar allows the CENTURY 21 Cordeau Marshall GROUP to contribute in a tangible way to the success and growth of this sucessful community event.
