Throughout Craig’s 28 years of owning and operating CENTURY 21 Cordeau Marshall GROUP, Craig has continued, year on year, to maintain a comprehensive community and sporting sponsorship schedule. He has become renown as being the most generous business operator in both time and monies in Ku-ring-gai, supporting local groups such as sporting clubs including Gordon District Cricket Club, Gordon Golf Club, Gordon Bowling Club, St Ives and Lindfield Soccer Clubs, and local schools including Gordon East School, St Ives Primary School and Corpus Christie among many many others.

Throughout his 28 years of owning and operating CENTURY 21 Cordeau Marshall GROUP, Craig has continued year on year, to maintain a comprehensive community and sporting sponsorship schedule. As a result of Craig's continual commitment to the local community, he was formally recognised being presented with Ku-ring-gai Council's 2006 award for 'Outstanding Service to the Community'. 2007 was no exception, with Craig being involved in thirty three schools and charities. He has also been awarded the Lindfield Rotary Paul Harris Fellow Award in 2006 - the highest award in Rotary.

In 2008 it was awarded the Domain and Sydney Morning Herald Creative Writing Award for its excellent copy in advertising and editorials, it is a true market leader in all facets of marketing.

CENTURY 21 Cordeau Marshall GROUP has been awarded both the 2007 and 2008 True Local Business Award for Best Real Estate Agency in Sydney's North Shore. The Office competed against 200 real estate offices from North Sydney through to Hornsby, achieving the most North Shore community votes.

Craig Marshall was awarded the Paul Harris Fellow in 2006 for his community service. The Rotary movement was founded in February 1905, by Paul Harris, a lawyer from Chicago, who recognized the potential of an association of like-minded professional and business people who could meet and share common interests on a regular basis. In 1957, the Rotary Foundation launched the Paul Harris Fellowship in memory of the founder as an expression of appreciation for those who have contributed to the Foundation's humanitarian and educational programs.

Craig Marshall was awarded the Ku-ring-gai Council’s Community Service Award in 2006. The award recognises and acknowledges the untiring efforts of Ku-ring-gai Citizens that have worked jointly with a focus on fostering and building the Ku-ring-gai community. The Outstanding Service Award was introduced to acknowledge people that contribute positively to social, environmental, arts and cultural programs that contribute to the social capital of our community.
